A laptop deal checklist
What to check before treating a laptop listing as a deal: configuration, condition, shipping, and observed price history.
Configuration is the product
Two laptops with the same brand line can differ by processor, memory, storage, and display. Those differences change the product. Deals2Hunt does not merge listings just because the titles look alike. An automatic match requires agreeing identifiers, and uncertain pairs stay in review.
Write down the processor, RAM, storage, and screen size from the merchant listing. Compare that set with the product title on this site. If they disagree, you are looking at a different configuration, even when the price seems familiar.
Condition and warranty change the offer
A refurbished laptop with a seller warranty is not the same offer as a new one from the brand. Condition is stored when the provider sends it. Use it as a filter, then confirm the return window on the merchant page. This site does not invent a warranty.
Marketplace sellers can ship from different places. When a shipping cost is returned, include it in the price you compare. A low item price with expensive shipping is a different total from a slightly higher item price with free shipping.
History has to be earned
Laptop prices move around refreshes and seasonal events. A single observation cannot prove that today's price is low. The score uses medians and the lowest price this catalog has actually recorded. If those fields say the history is insufficient, there is no verified discount to claim.
Seasonal landing pages only stay in the sitemap when they have enough current offers. A holiday label on a thin page is not treated as evidence of a sale.
Where to look next
Browse current laptop offers, then open a product that has a price chart. The chart is a plot of stored observations. Gaps mean the offer was not seen, not that the price stayed flat.
Set a price alert only from a product page, and only for a target you choose. Alerts compare that target with the current stored price. They do not predict a future discount.
